By accessing skoolmaths.com, creating an account, making a purchase, or subscribing to a membership plan, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or at least 13 years old with a parent or guardian's consent
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You have read and understood these Terms and our Privacy Policy
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your country of residence

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, members, and contributors of content.

Skoolmaths is an online educational resource platform operated at skoolmaths.com. We design and sell curriculum-aligned teaching materials — including interactive lessons, worksheets, flashcards, games, and classroom displays — covering Maths, Science, and English for Preschool through Post-16.

Our resources are designed for use by teachers and parents. They are not intended to be completed directly by students on this website without teacher or parental supervision.

To purchase resources or access a membership, you must create a Skoolmaths account. By registering you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately at info@skoolmaths.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, are inactive for an extended period, or violate these Terms.

Placing an order

When you add a product to your cart and complete checkout, you are placing a binding order. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after payment. Your purchase is complete once payment has been successfully processed.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. Prices include any applicable VAT where required. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, the price displayed at the time of your order will always be honoured.

Payment methods

We accept payment via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Paystack (for customers in Nigeria and other African markets). All payment processing is handled securely by these third-party providers — we do not store card details.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, your order will not be processed and you will not be charged. Please check your card details and try again, or use an alternative payment method. Contact us if you continue to experience issues.

All Skoolmaths products are digital resources delivered electronically. No physical products are posted. After a successful purchase:

• You will receive an email with a secure download link within minutes of payment
• Your downloads will also be available permanently in your account under My Account → Downloads
• Download links are tied to your account and are for your personal use only

Download limits

For individual product purchases, downloads are available for as long as your account remains active. We do not impose a maximum number of downloads per file, but links must not be shared with others.

File formats

Resources are typically provided as PDF files (for worksheets, posters, and flashcards) or interactive HTML files (for digital games and interactive lessons). Ensure you have appropriate software to open the file format before purchasing.

When you purchase a Skoolmaths resource, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to use that resource. This is not a transfer of ownership — Skoolmaths retains all intellectual property rights.

School or institution licence

If you wish to share resources across a department, year group, or whole school, please contact us at info@skoolmaths.com to discuss a school or multi-user licence. This is a cost-effective option for institutions who want legal, unrestricted sharing across staff.

Commercial tutoring

If you operate a paid tutoring business and wish to use Skoolmaths resources with paying students, please contact us for a commercial licence. Using resources in a commercial context without a commercial licence is a breach of these Terms.

Skoolmaths offers membership subscription plans that provide unlimited access to our full resource library for the duration of your subscription. The same licence terms in Section 6 apply to all resources accessed through a membership.

Billing

Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) on the date you first subscribed. Payment is taken automatically from your chosen payment method at the start of each billing period.

Auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You will receive an email reminder before your renewal date. To prevent renewal, you must cancel before the renewal date — see Cancellation below.

Price changes

We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before making any changes to your subscription price. If you do not cancel before the change takes effect, your continued subscription will be taken as acceptance of the new price.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from My Account → Subscriptions or by emailing info@skoolmaths.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access until then.

Access after cancellation

When a membership expires or is cancelled, your access to membership-only resources will end at the close of your billing period. Any individual products you purchased separately before or during your membership will remain accessible in your account permanently.

Free trials

Where we offer a free trial, your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it expires. We will remind you by email before the trial ends.

All content on skoolmaths.com — including but not limited to worksheets, lesson slides, interactive activities, games, illustrations, SVG graphics, text, branding, logos, and the website design itself — is the exclusive property of Skoolmaths and is protected by UK and international copyright law.

The Skoolmaths name, logo, and brand are trademarks of Skoolmaths. You may not use them without prior written permission.

If you believe any content on our site infringes your copyright, please contact us at info@skoolmaths.com with details of the alleged infringement and we will respond promptly.

You agree not to use skoolmaths.com or any of our resources in a manner that:

• Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Infringes or misappropriates our intellectual property or that of any third party
• Involves distributing, uploading, or sharing our files without authorisation
• Attempts to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems
• Introduces viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Harvests user data, scrapes content, or uses automated tools to access the site
• Involves impersonating Skoolmaths or any of its staff
• Uses resources to generate or train AI or machine learning models
• Is fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful to other users or Skoolmaths

Breach of any of the above may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action where appropriate.

Individual product purchases

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on individual product purchases. If you are not satisfied with a resource, contact us within 14 days of purchase at info@skoolmaths.com with your order number and reason, and we will issue a full refund.

Membership subscriptions

If you cancel a subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase and have not extensively accessed the membership content, we will issue a full refund upon request. Renewals (i.e. subsequent billing periods after the first) are not refundable once processed — please cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged.

How to request a refund

Email info@skoolmaths.com with your order number, the product name, and the reason for your request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Educational accuracy

While we take care to ensure our resources are curriculum-aligned and educationally accurate, Skoolmaths does not warrant that all content is free from errors or omissions. Resources should be reviewed by the teacher before classroom use. We accept no liability for any errors in our content.

Service availability

We strive to maintain 99%+ uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the website. We are not liable for any loss resulting from temporary unavailability of the site or download system.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skoolmaths shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Our website integrates with third-party services including Stripe, PayPal, Paystack, and analytics providers. Use of these services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies — links to which can be found in our Privacy Policy.

Our site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. Skoolmaths has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any linked websites.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at info@skoolmaths.com. Upon account deletion, your access to the platform and all downloads will cease. Please ensure you have downloaded all purchased resources before requesting deletion.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you:

• Breach any of these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Attempt to share, resell, or redistribute our resources without authorisation
• Provide false information during registration or checkout

Sections 8 (Intellectual Property), 9 (Prohibited Use), 11 (Disclaimer), and 14 (Governing Law) survive termination of these Terms.

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will:

• Send an email notification to registered account holders for significant changes
