Add Fractions: Same Denominators

By the end of this unit, students will be able to:

1. Understand the concept of fractions and their relationship to parts of a whole.
2. Add fractions with the same denominator by combining their numerators.
3. Simplify or reduce fractions when necessary.
4. Apply the concept of adding fractions with the same denominator to solve real-life and mathematical problems.
