By the end of this unit, children will be able to:
- Introduced to and understand vocabulary related to turns, such as “quarter turn,” “half turn,” “full turn”.
- Able to visually recognize different types of turns and their directions in relation to an object’s original position.

- Describe position, direction and movement, including whole, half, quarter and three-quarter turns.
