By the end of this unit, children will be able to:
- Recognize and list the basic needs of plants, such as water, sunlight, air, and nutrients from soil.
- Understand that sunlight is essential for plants to make their own food through photosynthesis
- Learn about the importance of water for plants, including how it is absorbed through roots and transported to other parts of the plant.
