By the end of this unit, children will be able to:
- Use their knowledge from previous learning of recognising equal groups to now add equal groups together to find a total.
- Focus on counting equal groups of 2, 5, and 10 and explore this within 50.
- identify and record the number sentence to match the groups
- Record number sentences as repeated additions.
