Comparing Numbers to 20

Description
By the end of this unit, students will be able to:
- Build on their understanding of comparing numbers from the Autumn term to compare pairs of numbers up to and including 20
- Use their knowledge of representing numbers using objects to help them identify which number in a pair is greater or less than the other.

Year 1 Number: Number and Place Value
- Given a number, identify 1 more and 1 less.
- Identify and represent numbers using objects and pictorial representations including the number line, and use the language of: equal to, more than, less than (fewer), most, least.
