Comparing Lengths and Heights

By the end of this unit, children will be able to:

1. Understand the concept of length and height and their comparison.
2. Compare objects by length and height using appropriate language (e.g. longer, shorter, taller).
3. Order objects by length and height.
4. Measure and compare lengths using non-standard units (e.g. paperclips, cubes).
5. Solve real-life problems involving comparing lengths and heights.
