By the end of this unit, students will be able to:

1. recognize and describe numerical patterns and relationships;
2. generate sequences of numbers based on given rules or patterns;
3. extend and predict terms in sequences using the identified rules;
4. apply the concept of generating sequences to real-life and mathematical problems.
