Description

By the end of this unit, students will be able to:

  • understand and apply the sine rule;
  • understand and apply the cosine rule;
  • find unknown lengths and angles in triangles using both rules.

Key Stage 4: Geometry and Measures

  • {know and apply the sine rule, a/sinA = b/sinB = c/sinC , and cosine rule, a2 = b2 + c2 – 2bc cos A, to find unknown lengths and angles}
