By the end of this unit, children will be able to:
- Count forward and backward in multiples of 25 up to 1000.
- Understand the pattern of multiples of 25 and apply it to counting.
- Recognize the pattern in the units digit when counting in multiples of 25 (25, 50, 75, 100, etc.).
- Use a number line to visualize and practice counting in multiples of 25.
- Identify the positions of multiples of 25 on a number line.

- Count in multiples of 6, 7, 9, 25 and 1,000.
- Find 1,000 more or less than a given number.
- Count backwards through 0 to include negative numbers.
