  3. Apply rounding skills to real-life problem-solving situations.
  4. Recognize how rounding affects calculations and makes them easier.

Year 6 Number: Number and place value

  • Round any whole number to a required degree of accuracy.
  • Solve number and practical problems that involve the above.
